The craftsmanship of this panettone is ensured by a natural leavening and an extremely traditional recipe. A special product, made with sourdough, fine flours, butter from Brittany and top quality eggs whose flavor is enriched by the presence of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and, above all, Agrimontana’s candied Pellecchielle of Vesuvio apricots.
